As a pivotal member of Tulip Haus, a burgeoning startup catering to a niche customer base, I have had the unique opportunity to collaborate closely with the co-founders, bringing a hands-on approach to market and brand development within the first six months of our website launch. As the company's sole full-time employee with extensive experience in fulfillment, customer service, and operations roles, I took the lead in stock, inventory, and shipping discussions.

Drawing on my comprehensive customer service expertise, I developed a fundamental script for engaging with clients through various channels, including chat, email, and phone conversations. Additionally, I established Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for order fulfillment.

My daily responsibilities encompassed a spectrum of general office administration tasks, including opening and closing facilities, managing corporate accounts (Amazon for Business, DoorDash, Facebook Business Suite, etc.), mail handling, office upkeep, inventory management, scheduling, phone line management, data entry, and the creation of daily expense reports.

I contributed to the visual aesthetics of merchandise by assisting with lighting and set dressing for lifestyle photos. Furthermore, I played a role as a copywriter, collaborating with a diverse team to craft a unique and creative voice across multiple social media platforms. Rigorous proofreading ensures consistency and accuracy in all projects before release. A key aspect of my role involved close collaboration with a dedicated team to meet deadlines through any means necessary.

As a fulfillment associate, I took great pride in packaging customer orders to specification, including handwritten notes, ensuring meticulous preparation for delivery. My multifaceted role at Tulip Haus reflected my commitment to leadership and excellence across various facets of the business.
